OVERVIEW
Pulse is a wellness app designed to help users build an intentional lifestyle through personalized habit tracking and routine-building. Targeted toward young adults in their 20s who are passionate about personal development and self-care, Pulse offers a seamless platform to improve daily routines. The app integrates habit tracking, mindfulness exercises, and progress insights, providing a holistic approach to well-being. What sets Pulse apart is its focus on simplicity and customization, ensuring that users are not overwhelmed with too much information at once.

PROCESS
I started by researching existing wellness and habit tracking apps to understand what existed, what worked well, and what could be improved. The aim was to create an intuitive experience that didn’t feel cluttered or complicated. I first developed some low-fidelity wireframes to explore the app’s structure and features, like habit tracking, progress updates, and insights. After gathering some user feedback, I worked on refining the design into a high-fidelity prototype, focusing on clean visuals and a seamless user experience. Throughout the process, I kept user needs and core tasks as the priority, making sure everything was simple to use and visually engaging.

DELIVERABLES
The project deliverables include the final high-fidelity prototype, which showcases all of Pulse’s core features, such as habit creation, progress visuals, and routine building. The prototype is interactive, letting users click through and experience the app as if it were brought to full development. Using Figma, I created an app design that’s both functional and visually appealing, making sure every screen flows naturally and is easy to navigate.
