OVERVIEW
The overall objective of this proposed design solution is to address the lack of inclusivity in advertising design within the fashion industry through a universal design toolkit that helps designers navigate accessibility in fashion advertising. This toolkit provides specific guidelines for graphic and web designers, covering essential topics like fonts, hierarchy, colour contrast, cultural sensitivity, as well as diversity and inclusion in advertising. The goal is to promote accessibility and guide designers toward creating designs that resonate with a wider audience. The Design Compass is made to be easily integrated into popular design platforms like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

PROCESS
As Project Manager, I led a team of ten throughout this creative project from conception to execution over a four-month term. Beginning with project documentation, I created a proposal and pitch and presented it to our investors for approval. The scope of my responsibilities included progress tracking, leading weekly team meetings, managing research and article publishing, leading branding and social media efforts, as well as a final presentation to all stakeholders, including more than one hundred audience members. With a focus on UX, I developed the concept of the Design Compass and led my team to bring it to life. 

DELIVERABLES
The deliverables for this project demonstrate my ability to create seamless branding and appealing visual communication. Additionally, this work highlights my leadership capabilities, professional presentation skills, and passion for creative work with a focus on UX and accessibility.
